As CEO of Tranter Holdings Pty. Ltd., as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Joshua has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.
Tranter Holdings Pty. Ltd. is a South African registered company with a focus in resources, engineering manufacturing, and the supplying of mining and energy equipment, spares and accessories, as well as providing engineering services. The company generally takes leading roles in transactions with the objective of bringing together new broad-based regional groupings that would otherwise have had no chance of participating in the economic activities of the region, including women, local communities and employees that will be supportive and value-adding to each specific investment.
Mr. Ngoma is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. He also serves as Chairman of the Technical Committee on the Canadian-owned Great Basin Gold. In addition, he is the past Chairman of the Coaltech Collaborative Research Management Team, past President of the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and a past Council member of the Engineering Council of South Africa's Professional Advisory Committee on Mining.
During his collegiate career, Joshua earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining Engineering from the Camborne School of Mines, graduating with Honors. He went on to earn a Master of Engineering degree in Project Management from the University of Pretoria.
