Holiday Spending Cut by Over 50%?
Online coupon website Discounts.ca believes that consumers are making bigger savings than ever over the Holidays via the use of coupons.

With more and more retailers looking to stimulate business this holiday season, the savings offered on coupons are at an all time high.
